You are a pirate!!

OK, you've heard of the pirate bay, and how it's been charged with flaunting copyright laws? Well, here's my opinion. The pirate bay should not be charged!

Why? Well all the content is provided externaly by other people. It's like if I do some Graffiti on a wall and the city council gets charged for it. So why is the pirate bay being charged? Because they are the face of piracy AND because the the swedish authorities simply no idea.

If you cut off a hand it doesn't kill the person, the pirate bay is simply the hand! They are the people who provide the links, but since it's P2P, all the content is hosted by the users as opposed to the pirate bay themselfs...

Secondly, the record/movie companies want a head, they want a head to say THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS TO TRAITORS! And since they still have that attadude of 'The face is attached to the body', they will therefore attack the face, the pirate bay.
